These Terms of Service govern your use of Emora. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Emora is a mood tracking and wellness insight application intended for personal wellness and self-reflection purposes only.
2. Not Medical Advice
Emora is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical advice.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Emora may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device.
Payments and refunds are processed by Apple according to their policies. We do not directly store or process payment information.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the App and interpret any insights shown.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account inside the App by opening Settings and choosing Delete Account. Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal information associated with your account, except where limited retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.
6. Apple Standard EULA
If you download Emora from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at Apple Standard EULA.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, features, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
